SOL-VT-123 VT-123 Seal-All-Gaps

I. Product Description:
VT-123 Seal-All Gasp is a water-based acrylic sealant with good adhesion and flexibility on most porous substrates. Slight movement and vibration can cause the colloid to crack and fall off.

II. Application:
General sealing applications (door and window joints, cabinet and wardrobe installation, wooden floor skirting, etc.). Suitable for a variety of substrates (metal, PVC, wood, concrete, gypsum board, reinforced cement board, marble, etc.).

III. Usage:
1. The surface must be clean, dry, and free of dirt, grease, oil or water.
2. Cut the nozzle at a 45° angle to the desired width. Squeeze the tube body and apply the sealant to the substrate.
3. Apply the sealant with a tool within 5 minutes after extrusion to avoid skinning.
4. Allow it to dry for 1 hour before applying water-based paint; allow it to dry for 24 hours before applying oil-based paint.
5. Uncured sealant can be wiped with a damp cloth.

IV. Not recommended for the following uses:
• If it is likely to rain outdoors, the construction time should be at least 2 hours
• Use in areas that are frequently soaked in water
• Joint displacement exceeds 10%.
