I. Description :
An acrylic sealant with a wide variety of colors for general purpose sealing sending applications, It is paintable & formulated for sealing gaps & joints where slight movements or vibrations & expected.
II. Application :
With a wide variety of color, one can match the color for various construction material. General sealing applications (door & window joints, cabinet & wardrobe installation, skirting of wood flooring, etc.). Suitable for various substrates (metal, PVC, wood, concrete, gypsum board, reinforced cement board, marble, etc.).
III. Direction :
1. Suitable must be clean, dry & free dirt, grease, oil or water.
2. Surface should be cleaned with alcohol, M.E.K or other suitable solvent. Do not use soap or detergent.
3. For a neat finish, apply masking tape & remove it before sealant skins over.
4. Cut nozzle at 45° angle to desired bead width & apply to substrate with cartridge gun.
5. Tool the sealant within 5 minutes of extrusion before it skins Tack-free in 15 minutes.
6. Allow to dry for one hour before applying water-based paint & 24 hours for oil-based paint.
7. Uncured sealant can be cleaned up with damp cloth.
